A Portuguese street artist has been hailed as the "new Banksy" despite an obvious lack of talent.

Anyone walking along Avenida da India from Belém to downtown Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, can't help but miss this classic piece of street art (pictured above).

Painted by someone presumably called Toy, it depicts a badly drawn head and some swearing.

"This person is clearly the new Banksy," posh critic and pompous prick Carpathian Mountainsausage told a packed press conference after consulting his bank manager Wednesday.

Within minutes of the announcement the wall had been pulled down and sold to billionaire art collector Gerald Scaartplug.

Scaartplug, who made his money peddling crap to idiots, will now keep the work in his freezer with the intention of melting it the next time he has workmen round.
