single of the month venus by television

This week's single of the month is Venus by Television.

These past few of weeks I've been listening to pretty much nothing but Marquee Moon by Television and The Modern Lovers by fellow US proto-punks the Modern Lovers.

And if there's one song that really stuck in my head while I mandrilled about the cosmos in a really rather far-out spaceship with my dudes from the Ashtar Command, it's Venus by the former of two these two bands.

Check it out.

It's ace.

Just like the carpets on board their craft.

They were better than anything I've seen before.

Even down Trago.

And that's saying something.

Right, gotta go.

Off to drink tea with the Pleiadians now.
