Street artist implores people of St Austell to "smock wed evey day".

Toy, the Portuguese street artist heralded as "the New Banksy", has rocked the art world with his latest piece, Smock wed evey day.

Scrawled on the wall of the Asda underpass beneath the busy A390 in St Austell, Cornwall, the "challenging" artwork has divided both public and critical opinion.

"Is it pro-drugs or anti-drugs?" posh critic and pompous prick Carpathian Mountainsausage asked a packed press conference with his bank manager Wednesday.

"Clearly the man is a moron."

"Or is he a genius?"

"Either way, we want at least 400k for this one."

JCB
Within minutes of the announcement billionaire art collector Gerald Scaartplug had paid more than twice that figure, dismantling the underpass with a JCB.

Scaartplug will now exhibit the work on Knacker, his private island in the Caribbean.

Local authorities say they have no intention of repairing the road in time for the annual summer emmet invasion.

Tailbacks are expected to reach as far as Exeter, well across the border with England.
