Quite literally. Watch him scoff 30 of 'em in 13 minutes.

We all have hopes, dreams and ambitions.

Some of us want to meet Mr or Mrs Right.

Some of us want to own our own tropical island.

Some of us just want a gold-plated pneumatic dog toilet, a "New Banksy" or a hedge full of yoghurt.

For Rake & Herald competitive eating editor Naader 'Freak8r' Reda, though, something he'd wanted to do for a long time was totally bananas.

Thirty of them.

No liquids.

Dressed in a monkey suit.

At the start of this month, his dream came true.

Watch him now.

But don't say it's nuts.

It's not.

It's bananas.

Hat tip: Crawfish.

The above video comes from Freak8r's food-fighting-filled YouTube channel, which you are strongly urged to mooch round here. Meanwhile, to discover some amazing facts about the banana, a total and utter wonder fruit, click this and this.
